Leerdoel
The Reseach’s Master’s Degree programme is open to excellent students, who want to specialize in scientific research. This two-year programme is a joint initiative of Tilburg University and Radboud University Nijmegen. The research of the Faculty of Philosophy of Tilburg University focuses on humanities.
The teaching activities are closely affiliated with the research programmes of the faculty on the three subdisciplines of philosophy: theoretical philosophy (in the continental tradition as well as in the analytical one), practical philosophy (including philosophy of law) and history of philosophy. During the programme, students will attend four research seminars, of which three should relate to the chosen specialization subject. Temporary visits to a suitable foreign research group will be encouraged.
